About Sweetwater
Welcome to the Sweetwater At Indian Wells Homeowner Association website. Founded in 1994 and located in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, we have 334 condominiums (32 Buildings) and are located on a the Indian Wells golf course.
The responsibilities of the Sweetwater HOA is to manage the affairs of the community. Our Board’s Mission is to provide for the well being of Sweetwater through compliance with the Governing Documents that are set in place. The Board strongly encourages Volunteers participating in the Sweetwater Association.
Through the collection of monthly neighborhood dues, the Association provides a number of services including common area maintenance, water, trash, cable, community WiFi, pest control and other common expenses. We have a wonderful community at Sweetwater and we want to keep it maintained.
