Collection Procedures
The Board has always followed a collection procedure but thought that all homeowners should understand and be aware of the procedure that is set into place. This is being mailed to all homeowners int he April 7th, 2017 mailing. See Link- Collection Procedure March 2017 Signed
New- Short Term Rental Amendment- Rules & Regulations
The Board has decided the need to Amend the Rules & Regulations, Short Term Rental section. This is being mailed to all homeowners int he April 7th, 2017 mailing. All homeowners will have to follow these rules as they will be enforced. See Link- Short Term Renting – Rules & Regulations Amendment
